Are you the same all the time? Probably not...
We have many faces.
Lumina Spark provides three lenses that assess your Underlying persona, your Everyday persona, and your Overextended persona, to give you consistent insights into your whole personality and remove the need for additional tests.
The three personas are made highly interactive and visual as a morphing paint splash in the Lumina Splash App. A mathematical average of the three personae Splashes is available both in the Splash App and the Lumina Spark Portrait.

We don't restrict you by organization or geography. You will become certified to provide Lumina Learning solutions to any type of organization in any country.
Client Practitioner
For those who, during their employment, provide training programs and coaching within or on behalf of their organizations.
You may do so globally, and we will share with you how to create innovative Lumina Learning solutions, based on our digital resources.
